The Queer Vienna Mutual Action Fund provides urgent and accessible resources to queer folx in Vienna.
Experiences of queerness are multitude. Many in our Vienna queer community are fortunate enough to experience stability and abundance. However, too many unseen LGBTQIA+ people experience dire hardship every day. Without the privilege or knowledge necessary to navigate formal systems, the most vulnerable find themselves locked out of basic care.
The Queer Vienna Mutual Action Fund provides access to an emergency fund, as well as skillshare events to empower folx to lead more stable lives.
Mutual aid systems encourage cooperation across communities in order to meet the needs of all; especially in support of those who experience structural marginalization and absence.
The Queer Vienna Mutual Action Fund nourishes kinship, care, and resources across queer communities. It recognizes the ability of every queer individual to grow beautifully when supported, resourced, and cherished.
The Queer Wien Mutual Action Fund is coordinated by Villa Vida Cafe and Verein hint.wien. It is not an act of charity. It is a powerful act of Vienna queer solidarity.
