Heal through self-expression
Join in for some expressive arts counseling with Matt, a social psychologist and student intern, exploring the various intersections between holistic health and artistic expression. This month-long series will provide an open space for individuals to learn and practice different creative interventions that seek to heal through self-expression, stress management, vulnerability, and community support. The two-hour sessions will start and end with a guided meditation.
