This series will combine previous workshops on discussed topics and some practical formats into an integrative month-long series with Matt, a social psychologist and student intern. Participation in previous workshops is not a requirement to join. Just come with empathy and an open mind. We aim to discuss different psycho-social experiences and perspectives that shape our lives — in combination with outlets that may provide us with the creative tools to navigate them.
