Dragalicious Workshop: Telling Your Story on Stage with DaDa JV

Every drag performance tells a story. Whether it’s joyful, political, deeply personal, or completely absurd, the most memorable performances come from artists who know how to connect with an audience.

Join drag artist DaDa JV for an interactive workshop exploring the art of storytelling through drag and performance. Together, you’ll look at how movement, music, character, costume, emotion, and stage presence work together to create performances that leave a lasting impact.

This workshop is open to performers of all experience levels, from those taking their first steps into drag to seasoned artists looking to deepen their creative practice. Participants are encouraged to bring ideas, works in progress, or simply their curiosity.

Together we’ll explore:
• Finding your unique performance voice
• Building a story through movement and music
• Connecting authentically with an audience
• Using drag as a tool for self expression and community
• Developing confidence on stage
