\n\n\n\nAbout Us \n\n\n\nAdriĂĄn Klepe \n\n\n\nPre-doctoral neuroscientist\, certified NeuroMindfulnessÂź Coach\, yoga teacher (at Manas Yoga Studio)\, breathwork instructor\, and mindfulness facilitator. AdriĂĄn bridges scientific knowledge with mindfulness practices to support awareness\, balance and connection. At The Mindful BAse in collaboration with Villa Vida\, he co-creates workshops integrating neuroscience\, mindfulness\, meditation\, and movement to foster well-being and mindful communication within diverse community spaces. \n\n\n\nRiccardo Trapannone \n\n\n\nPost-doctoral researcher in cellular neurobiology\, and a certified sustainability and communication expert with strong interest in mindful communication and collaboration. Riccardo combines scientific insight with mindfulness and non-violent communication to design effective and mindful communication strategies\, building bridges between people\, communities\, disciplines\, and the environment.
