Sexualpädagogik hilft dir dabei\, durch Übungen ein besseres Gefühl für deine Bedürfnisse und Grenzen zu entwickeln. \n\n\n\nSelbstakzeptanz und Identität fördern: Wenn du ADHS oder Autismus hast\, beeinflusst das oft\, wie du dich selbst und deine Sexualität siehst. Sexualpädagogik bietet dir einen geschützten Raum\, um Unsicherheiten zu klären und dich selbst besser kennenzulernen. \n\n\n\nEigene Grenzen erkennen: Vielleicht fällt es dir schwer\, in sozialen Situationen deine eigenen Bedürfnisse zu spüren\, weil du dich stark auf andere konzentrierst.
