DESCRIPTION:Queer Book Club meets at Villa Vida on Saturday\, January 11 at 14.00 to talk about “A Two-Spirit Journey” by Ma-Nee Chacaby. The memoir shares her life as a Two-Spirit person\, her experiences with violence and healing\, and her work in the community and for justice. Join the conversation\, whether you finished the book or are curious about the themes. Our Queer Book Club is open to all queer folks and allies who love reading\, reflection\, and shared conversation. Whether you’re a regular or attending for the first time\, you’ll find a welcoming\, community-driven space. \n\n\n\nBring drinks and snacks to share\, or you can get some from the cafe if you’d like! \n\n\n\nThis book club is proudly co-organized with Hint Wien and o*books. SUMMARY:Activate - Vision Board Collage Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Activate is back 💜 \n\n\n\nThis January we’re getting creative with a Vision Board Collage Workshop: cutting\, pasting\, imagining\, and making space for what we want more of this year. \n\n\n\nVision boarding is basically a fun way to think about the new year without pressure. You’ll use images\, words\, colours\, and random bits to make a collage about things you like\, things you’re excited about\, or just what kind of vibes you want more of. No goals\, no resolutions\, just making stuff and seeing what comes out. \n\n\n\nThis session is brought to you by jamila (she/they) and Olli (he/him)\, who bring a mix of creativity\, care\, curiosity\, and very good energy. Expect collage materials\, time to chill\, and a safer space to hang out and make something together. Just come as you are. \n\n\n\nActivate is a fun\, safer space for queer teens to hang out\, make stuff\, and connect.Sessions run in English and/or German\, based on what participants prefer. All supervisors speak additional languages.  \n\n\n\nVilla Vida Café is fully wheelchair accessible\, including an accessible toilet. \n\n\n\nNo prior experience needed. Friends welcome. 💫
