Description: Join in for diverse conversations with Matt, a social psychologist, and student intern, about the various intimate and complex topics explored in this month-long series. The workshops will provide an open space for anyone looking to share their thoughts, feelings, and personal stories about experiences that shape their lives, with a guided meditation at the beginning and at the end of each hour and a half-long session.
Matthew (Matt) is an MA candidate from Miami, FL, studying Psychology with an emphasis in counseling at one of Vienna’s private universities. He has an academic background in psychology, sociology, and creative writing, with professional experience in leading group wellness classes in Zumba, cardio dance, and meditation. Matt has over a year’s worth of student practicum hours in counseling and psycho-education as a mental health intern, with a philosophy for facilitating a healthier mind-body connection through both expressive arts and person-centered therapies.
